We will take care of everything down to the smallest detail to your entire satisfaction. Our office is open 5 days a week and we have a 24/7 emergency number, to deal with any queries or problems tenants may have.

- Providing a 24 hour emergency phone for your guests.
- Taking care of any emergency that could occur in your property (water, electricity, lost keys, etc.).
- Managing any refurbishment such as painting, gardening or other, whenever needed, with your authorization.
- Administrating bank procedures related to the rental of your property.
- Welcoming guests on their arrival, handing over the keys and show them the accommodation.
- Providing a Welcome Pack if the guests are due to arrive on late hours.
- Maintain your property keeping you fully involved.
