Beautiful one bedroom apartment with lovely seaviews in the "Los Geranios" complex, located in a privileged area in the south of Tenerife. The property consists of a spacious living room, with access to the balcony . The living room is very bright from where you can enjoy the incredible views! , has a sofa bed, although the apartment is very comfortable for 2 people, it could accommodate a couple with children, also has Smart TV with different languages
A fully equipped kitchen with a large capacity refrigerator with freezer, microwave, oven, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and complete kitchenware, also has whashing machine. The bedroom is spacious and has two very comfortable single beds, a wardrobe and dresser for clothes and TV.
The bathroom complete with shower.

San Eugenio is located on the Tenerife South coast just north of Playa de las Americas and south of Torviscas and Playa de las Americas. Your ideal place for excellent beaches, and just a short walk from Puerto Colon harbour with numerous diving and pleasure boat trips! Definitely the pace is slower here than in Playa de las Americas, and it's a self contained resort with everything you'll need for a lazy beach holiday. Nearby at Puerto Colon, You won't be short of watersports choice, you can find everything here from pedaloes to banana boat rides to jet ski & excursions. Costa Adeje beaches are ideal for families. The area is full of with facilities all close and walking distance. It has So easy access to the TF1 motorway too, so its great for a driver holiday, and you can go further west to Gigantes and the Teno Mountains or north to Santa Cruz or Puerto de la Cruz. San Eugenio is a good choice for family beach holidays. There's ample choice of things to see and do in the area and the excellent sandy beaches along the coast , that are not far away. The fabulous Siam Park and Siam Mall Shopping Centre only a few minutes away, also Aqualand just across the bridge. Plus Puerto Colon Harbour boat trips and diving excursions right a couple of hundred meters away. There are numerous commercial/shopping centres in the area offering a choice of bars, restaurants and tax free shops. Also Large Mercadona supermarket for fair prices both at San Eugenio or Gran sur CC. San Eugenio. Bus stops, taxi and free shuttles nearby. |
