Option 2.
Let us do all the work for you.
We have a management office, which administrates the property.
This office is responsible, among other things, of:
- Uploading the property.
- Taking pictures of the property.
- Making of video.
- Locating the property in Google maps.
- Managing cleaning services.
- Washing and ironing towels, bath mats, etc.
- Providing a 24 hour emergency phone.
- Taking care of any emergency that could occur in your property (water, electricity, lost keys, etc.).
- Managing any refurbishment such as painting, gardening or other, whenever needed, with your authorization.
- Administrating bank procedures related to the rental of your property.
- Finally, we keep in touch constantly with all of our clients since the first day, even if they have not completed any transaction with us, but as to offer them future operations. Doing this, we ensure your property is being offered to clients regularly.
