Welcome to this beautiful, fully refurbished studio apartment in one of the most popular front-line complexes of Playa Fanabe.
The resort is located next to cc Playa Fanabe with lots of shops, restaurants and bars and next to the fabulous promenade with direct access to the Fanabe Beach. The beach is a 2 min walk.
The studio apartment is a ground floor unit with air conditioning/heating, free 4G WIFI and a free safe. It is 35m� large with a 11m� poolside terrace.
Bedroom area: The bedroom area is separated from the kitchen/ living room by an almost a full sized wall. The bedroom has 2 twin beds with single bed duvets but can also be joint to have a king size bed with a king size duvet, there is a ceiling fan with a dimmer light with remote control and 2 bedside tables with a lamp each.Bathroom: The bathroom has a big washbasin with drawers, a big mirror with lights, a bidet, a WC , a 150 x 70 walk-in shower with a rain shower head and a second shower head, there is also a wall-mounted hairdryer.
Kitchen/ Living room: brand new kitchen with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, granite worktop and saucepans and settings for 6. There is a granite dining table with 4 chairs.
Lounge with double sofa bed, TV with Spanish/ English/ French/German/Russian/Dutch Channels, table with lamp, air conditioning/heating with remote control, a ceiling fan with a dimmer light with remote control and a 40 inch flat screen smart TV with a swivel mount so you can enjoy on the terrace also.
Terrace: 11m� large next to the pool with partial see view, with a table and chairs for 4 people, a washing machine, a drying rack, a utility box containing cleaning gear and a vacuum cleaner.
There is also a cupboard with an iron, ironing board, and a safe. High chair and cot also available.
It is a smoke free apartment but smoking is allowed on the terrace.
The complex has a fantastic 600 m2 outdoor pool with a separate children's pool. There is always a lifeguard present. There is a 2,000 m2 sunbathing area with fabulous sea views.
It is a great complex for families with children or anyone that wants to relax and enjoy this beautiful destination.
Prices are per week for up to 4 people.
Also there is Security bond of 200€/150£ collected at arrival and reimbursed immediately at check out when apartment is checked.
