Description
Welcome to this wonderful and completely renovated studio apartment in one of the most popular complexes 1st line of Playa Fanabe.
The complex is located in the Playa Fanabe cc with many shops, restaurants and bars, besides the fantastic promenade with direct access to Fanabe Beach. The beach is a two-odd minutes walk.
The studio apartment is on the ground floor, has air conditioning and heating, free WIFI and a free safe. It is 35m� and has a 16m� terrace beside the pool.
Sleeping area: the bedroom is separated from the kitchen / living room with a wall almost to the ceiling. The bedroom has two single beds with separate duvets but also as a double bed are used for which a large duvet and cover is available, there is a large fan with light with a dimmer and remote control, and there are two bedside tables, each one own lamp.
Bathroom: The bathroom has a large sink with drawers underneath, a large mirror with lamps, a bidet, a toilet, a shower of 150 x 70 cm with a rain shower and another two ordinary shower head, there is also a hairdryer in the wall mounted.
Kitchen / living room, a brand new kitchen with granite sheet, two hobs, fridge-freezer, built-in microwave / grill, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, all kitchen utensils and crockery for 6 persons. There is also a granite table with four chairs.
The living room has a large sofa and comfortable mattress, TV with Spanish / English / French / German / Russian / Dutch TV, a table with a lamp, air conditioning / heating with remote control, there is a large fan with light with a dimmer and remote control and a 42 inch flat screen TV with a smart swivel so you can watch from the terrace as you like.
Terrace: The terrace is 11m� big next to the pool with partial ocean view, there is a table with four chairs, a washing machine, a drying rack and a storage box with kuisgerei and a vacuum cleaner.
There is also a large closet with an iron an ironing board and a safe.
A highchair and crib are also available for a small additional fee.
It is a non-smoking apartment but smoking is allowed on the terrace.
The apartment will be fully cleaned on arrival with fresh linens and towels, there is one time per week a change of linen is included in the price.
The complex has a great pool of 600m� with different levels for small and large, there is also a separate children's pool, there is always a rescuer present. There is a large sun terrace with beautiful sea views,
This is a great complex for families with children but also for anyone who wants to relax and enjoy this beautiful location.
Prices are per week for up to 4 people.
Also there is Security bond of 200€/150£ collected at arrival and reimbursed immediately at check out when apartment is checked.

Near the complex there is Aqualand and Siam Park (water parks) with free bus nearby. To the right of the complex's Del Duque Beach (10 min walk) and there is also the fabulous Del Duque shopping plaza (5min) To the left of the complex is Puerto Colon seaport with all sorts of water attractions incl. Fishing, whale and dolphin spotting, jet ski, scuba diving, etc. There is also two times a week local market. Just across the complex there is a supermarket that is open late as well as a bowling and many delicious restaurants. This is a prime location !!! |
