Description
Balcón del Atlantico belongs to the vacation homes of the highest class in Tenerife and is only 10 minutes to the beach by car, it has an excellent location overlooking Costa Adeje. Large living room with a sofabed + extra sofa and could be fitted a travel cot, Smart TV + WI-FI. The kitchen with dining area is fully equipped with all cooking utensils and electrical appliances like oven, ceramic hob , fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle. Washing machine One bedroom with 2 sigle beds, The balcony has a fantastic view of the sea to the neighboring island of La Gomera. The are 2 community's swimming pools you can use for free. There is plenty of parking right outside the gate, with easy access to the apartment and NO steps neither lift what makes it wheelchair friendly.
Only One Pool has REOPENED with some times RESTRICTIONS. APOLOGIES FOR THIS INCONVENIENCE WE CANNOT HANDLE. Instructions will be found in the apartment. But in general there is NO problems for its use.
Prices are per week for up to 4 people.
Bedline & towels are provide.
Also there is Security bond of 200€/180£ collected at arrival and reimbursed immediately at check out when apartment is checked.
Check-in from 16:00pm
Check out until 11:00am
However if apartment is free before or after we would be delighted to offer you a flexible check in /out.
Ask for the transportation service from the airport or delivery of keys.
Cancellation policy: Non-refundable deposit. Only for reasons of local restrictions or alert levels or cancellation of flights due to pandemic, we can change dates or proceed to a refund.

Balcón del Atlántico is ideally located in Torvisas Alto, not only for the peace and tranquillity of the area but also for it's proximity to private schools and GRAN SUR (Mercadona, Cinemas, shops, bars & Restaurants) . Being also close to Apolo CC makes easy the daily shopping or other facilities use. AQUA Spa & Gym are walking distance as well. its a 20´walk or 5´by car to some of the best beaches in the south of Tenerife like Puerto Colon or Fañabe/EL Duque, and also Siam Park and Siam Mall, just 5´drive. This complex is maintained to a really high standard. |
