This amazing Penthouse in corner position! Is located in the central area of San Eugenio, at Ocean Park Phase II. It comprises of 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, both with walk in shower, one en suite. It also has a separate kitchen with modern layout plus and incredible terrace with sea and mountain views. With a Total interior of 108m2 plus 31m2 of terrace with lots of light, sun all day and panoramic views, this apartment is a perfect Holiday home for a family or a group of 6 people. The living room, kitchen and two of the bedrooms have direct access to the terrace. Private WIFI, satellite TV, and Safety box.
The complex is very well known being central and below the highway and close to all amenities, bars and restaurants as well as supermarkets, and water parks. It has a beautiful community pool and its gated so very secure. There is a road behind with ramp and direct access to the lift to reach this apartment so any infirm or elderly or babies push chairs are welcome.
Travel Baby Cot available to hire ( extra cost of 25€ with mattress and base sheet and subjected to availability) Maximum 6 people and 5 nights Min stay.
Prices are per week for up to 6 people.
Also there is Security bond of 200€/150£ collected at arrival and reimbursed immediately at check out when apartment is checked.
Are provide bedline & towels.

Check out until 11:00am
However if apartment is free before or after we would be delighted to offer you a flexible check in /out.

San Eugenio is located on the Tenerife South coast just north of Playa de las Americas and south of Torviscas. Your ideal place for excellent beaches, and just a short walk from Puerto Colon harbour with numerous diving and pleasure boat trips! Definitely the pace is slower here than in Playa de las Americas, and it's a self contained resort with everything you'll need for a lazy beach holiday. Nearby at Puerto Colon, You won't be short of watersports choice, you can find everything here from pedaloes to banana boat rides to jet ski & excursions. Costa Adeje beaches are ideal for families. The area is full with facilities all close and walking distance. It has so easy access to the TF1 motorway too, so its great for a driver holiday, and you can go further west to Gigantes and the Teno Mountains or north to Santa Cruz or Puerto de la Cruz, as well as Teide volcano from Los Cristianos exit. San Eugenio is a good choice for family beach holidays. There's ample choice of things to see and do in the area and the excellent sandy beaches along the coast , that are not far away. The fabulous Siam Park and Siam Mall Shopping Centre only a few minutes away, also Aqualand just across the bridge. Plus Puerto Colon Harbour boat trips and diving excursions right a couple of hundred meters away. There are numerous commercial/shopping centres in the area offering a choice of bars, restaurants and tax free shops. Also Large Mercadona supermarket for fair prices both at San Eugenio or Gran sur CC. San Eugenio. Bus stops, taxi and free shuttles nearby.
