Orlando complex comprises a total of 447 apartments within a seven-storey main building. Facilities on offer include a cosy bar & 3 communal pools. The apartment is located on the ground area behind one of the pools with direct access to corridor and close to one of the pools entrance. Its refurbished and fully furnished comprising big lounge area with a bed settee, fully fitted American kitchen, Satellite TV, complete bathroom with bath, washing machine, one double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and good-sized terrace with pool views. The apartment was a large STUDIO converted into a one bedroom. There are 3 STEPS to reach the entrance of this apartment from main corridor. It has also a safety box and private WIFI. Sleep 4. Perfect for a family holiday as easy access no lift or many steps.
Prices are per week for up to 4 people.

Also a security bond of 200€/180£ collected at arrival and reimbursed immediately at check out when apartment is checked.

San Eugenio / Torviscas beach are located on the Tenerife South coast. Your ideal place for excellent beaches, and just a short walk from Puerto Colon harbour & Fanabe beaches, with numerous diving and pleasure boat trips! Definitely this is a self contained resort with everything you'll need for a lazy beach holiday. You won't be short of water sports choice, you can find everything here from pedaloes to banana boat rides to jet ski & excursions all walking distance. Costa Adeje beaches are ideal for families. The area is full with facilities. It has so easy access to the TF1 motorway too, so its great for a driver holiday, and you can go further west to Gigantes and the Teno Mountains or north to Santa Cruz or Puerto de la Cruz, as well as Teide volcano from Los Cristianos exit. There are free parking lots areas around Orlando complex. However in high season these might be quite full, but always you end up finding a space. This is a good choice for family beach holidays. There's ample choice of things to see and do in the area and the excellent sandy beaches along the coast , that are not far away. The fabulous Siam Park and Siam Mall Shopping Centre only a few minutes away by car, also Aqualand just across the bridge. Plus Puerto Colon Harbour boat trips and diving excursions right a couple of hundred meters away. There are numerous commercial/shopping centres in the area offering a choice of bars, restaurants and tax free shops. Also Large Mercadona supermarket for fair prices both at San Eugenio or Gran sur CC. San Eugenio. Bus stops, taxi and free shuttles nearby. The complex is very central and with five different entrances/exits you can use the one that suits you more. There is security on site and its very secure for the guests and kids. |
