One bedroom Apartment with street & partial sea views, a lovely indoors terrace and free WI FI and conveniently located in central area of Los Cristianos, Opposite CC San Telmo full of amazing bars and restaurants and only a few meters from Las Vistas beach, walking distance to Los Cristianos pedestrian road and El Camison.
Building with two entrances. With lift and no steps to reach apartment from top entrance.
This One bedroom apartment has a large balcony with windows that can be opened for fresh air or closed to enjoy even in winter and with sunblinds too if you want privacy. It has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, Dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, oven, Hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster etc. A seating area with a single sofa bed, table with chairs, a flat-screen SMART TV. One large bedroom with fitted wardrobe, and access to the terrace, private bathroom with a shower , WC bidet, and hairdryer. This apartment is on second floor but its access is with lift. No steps, to reach the apartment from the main road. Even its located over a busy road and central commercial area, the building is very quiet. Ideal for a relaxing holiday, quiet and safe area.
Stunning beaches, the best of the Canary Islands, summer temperatures all year. Hiking, paragliding, boat trips, tourist sites such as Masca, parrot park, aqualand, Siam park & Siam Mall are only 10´by car.
No under 25 unaccompanied permitted.
Prices are per week for up to 3 people. are provide bedline & towels
There is Security bond of 200€/180£ collected at arrival and reimbursed immediately at check out when apartment is checked.
Check-in from 16:00pm
Check out until 11:00am
However if apartment is free before or after we would be delighted to offer you a flexible check in /out.
Ask for the transportation service from the airport or delivery of keys.
Also we offer rents travel cots with mattress and base sheet for 20€ stay and a baby high chair for 20€. Or both for 30€ per stay.
Cancellation policy: Non-refundable deposit. Only for reasons of local restrictions or alert levels or cancellation of flights due to pandemic, we can change dates or proceed to a refund.
