Description
The apartment is a large ONE bedroom fully fitted into a high standard, with amazing panoramic views to the Sea and la Gomera Island, with 55m2 inside and 26m2 of terrace. The property is located in Block E which has disable friendly entrance with wide ramp direct from the main road, then lift direct to the property with NO steps at all! So suitable for elderly, infirm.
The apartment is not suitable for children as there are a lot of dangerous spots as glass table and balustrade in terrace on a high floor so Apologies but children are Not welcome. Max 2 adults or One adult and one 12 and over sharing bed.
There is another entrance through main road with two lifts and some steps in between you can use either.
The terrace has Sun blinds top and left side, for summer or winter use.
Safety Box and fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, oven electric hob and fridge freezer. Two sun loungers in the terrace and large table with chairs. Also washing machine on site. Terrace is very secure and private.
There is an smart TV in the lounge with Netflix access ( act not included) and Free WIFI. And In bedroom there is a TV with local channels too. It has 2 large Fitted wardrobes exclusively for the guests use. It has also a portable Fan
Bathroom is complete and has a nice walk in shower.
There are TWO community pools in the complex, both gated and secure.
Prices are per week for up to 2 people.
Bedline & towels are provide.
Also there is Security bond of 200€/180£ collected at arrival and reimbursed immediately at check out when apartment is checked.
Check-in from 16:00pm
Check out until 11:00am
However if apartment is free before or after we would be delighted to offer you a flexible check in /out.
Ask for the transportation service from the airport or delivery of keys.
Cancellation policy: Non-refundable deposit. Only for reasons of local restrictions or alert levels or cancellation of flights due to pandemic, we can change dates or proceed to a refund.

Balcón del Atlántico is ideally located in Torvisas Alto, not only for the peace and tranquillity of the area but also for it's proximity to private schools and GRAN SUR (Mercadona, Cinemas, shops, bars & Restaurants) . Being also close to CC Cosmos makes easy the daily shopping or other facilities use. AQUA Spa & Gym are walking distance as well. its a 20´walk or 5´by car to some of the best beaches in the south of Tenerife like Puerto Colon or Fañabe/EL Duque, and also Siam Park and Siam Mall, just 5´drive. This complex is maintained to a really high standard. The apartment is located in a very beautiful Residential area, at the first hill above the highway that follows the coastline, in Torviscas Alto. A bus line, 424, arrives to Roque del Conde, and the bus stop is aprox. 400 mt from the apartment. It’s not a problem if you don’t have a car because taxis here are cheap. |
