Benimar apartment complex is located in Fanabe, Costa Adeje, just a 20 minute walk away one of the most beautiful beaches in the island, Fanabe Beach. This lovely apartment is set in the tranquil development of Benimar in El Duque. Comprising 1 en-suite bedroom, a second shower room and a fully fitted independent kitchen with 4-ring cooker with oven, large fridge/freezer, coffee percolater and microwave oven. Off the kitchen is a laundry room with washing machine and clothes line. The lounge area has a good-sized sofa bed, dining table with 4 chairs, International Satellite TV , WIFI and DVD player. The lounge and bedroom are both equipped with ceiling fans and the lounge opens out onto a south facing balcony complete with table and chairs .

Prices are per week for up to 4 people. Are provide bedline & towels

There is Security bond of 200€/180£ collected at arrival and reimbursed immediately at check out when apartment is checked.

For guests who rent a car, there is very easy access to free parking.

However if apartment is free before or after we would be delighted to offer you a flexible check in /out.
Ask for the transportation service from the airport or delivery of keys.

Also we offer rents travel cots with mattress and base sheet for 20€ stay and a baby high chair for 20€. Or both for 30€ per stay.

Cancellation policy: Non-refundable deposit. Only for reasons of local restrictions or alert levels or cancellation of flights due to pandemic, we can change dates or proceed to a refund.

Benimar apartment complex is located in Fanabe, Costa Adeje. The complex has easy access to the TF1 motorway enabling you to navigate around the island with ease. Well kept development with 2 excellent communal pools, the beaches of Fanabe & El Duque are a short walk away. With shops, bars and restaurants only a 5 min walk away the complex is perfectly situated for a relaxing break in one the best locations on the island and only 20 mins by taxi from the airport. Benimar is in the exclusive El Duque area of Costa Adeje in Southern Tenerife, only two kilometres from Siam Park, the newly opened, largest water park in Europe. Gran Sur is only one kilometre away and top class golf courses of Costa Adeje and Las Americas are both within a 10 minute drive and Golf del Sur is at 20 mins. The views from the top of Mount Teide are stunning and well worth a visit. Benimar in Costa Adeje is perfect for a quiet relaxing break but,if you prefer, the nightlife of Las Americas and Los Cristianos is only a 10 min taxi ride away.
